Beautiful panoramic scenes of many different areas in the Republic of Ecuador. One of, if not the most interesting country in South America, with hidden tropical beaches on the Pacific Ocean. Film shots in the greatest maritime port on the western coast of South America-Guayaquil, rightly called the pearl of the Pacific. Filming was done around Guayaquil from a launch on the Guayas river.

The action then moves up to the high sierra country of Quito, the capital of Ecuador, and surrounding valleys. Quito lies in the great central valley surrounded by a series of snow capped mountains and volcanoes. This area of the country has been compared with certain areas of Switzerland. Quito is called the jewel of the Andes. This movie was filmed entirely on location. No sets of any kind were employed.
